IMPORT SHIPMENTS:

• Draft bills of lading for verification can be requested by email: INFO@K-SHIPPING.COM

• Requests for corrections of bills of lading should be sentin in English to the representative offices of the line at the location of the booking. In copy: INFO@K-SHIPPING.COM

• After the vessel arrives at the Port of St. Petersburg at the terminal of JSC "Petrolesport" (hereinafter referred to as the Port), the bills of lading cannot be corrected. The consignee shall independently explain to the customs authorities the reason and on the basis of what documents the changes took place

• The bills of lading are issued by e-mail (exceptions are possible), during working hours, when the cargo is discharged from the ferry and the documents are ready in the port's warehouse

• The basis for issuing bills of lading and nominating a forwarding company in the port system is:

- payment of freight
- submission of a complete set of original powers of attorney
- availability of a valid contract with K SHIPING Ltd and Petrolesport
- submission of original bills of lading or availability of Telex release (optional)

• The period of free usage of roll-trailers of KESS and KLINE line is 5 and 10 calendar days respectively. Additional fee for excess usage according to the terms and rates in the Agency Agreement

• Documentation fee according to the terms and rates in the Agency Agreement

EXPORT SHIPMENTS:

• Own export order proforma should be used

• Line contract number to be included in the order No. PL/PLP-2-2020 of December 25, 2019

• EXCEL/WORD export authorization must be sent to INFO@K-SHIPPING.COM one day prior to loading on board the ferry

• The agent copy of the export order, with the customs authority stamp, is delivered to: Inflot Worldwide Ferry Service Rus., 1, Gapsalskaya St., St. Petersburg, 6th floor, 606 room, 24 hours a day before the loading on board the ferry
